HOT BIOPSY FORCEPS ASSureBite Hot biopsy forceps enhances cleaning by allowing the user to flush the inside of the instrument. The handle is manufactured from a heat resistant plastic that will not warp or bind and is fully autoclavable. The cable is produced from tightly wound, spring-tempered stainless steel which is then coated with TFE. This coating protects the endoscope channel and eliminates bioburden from being trapped within the coils. The jaws are made from high quality, hardened stainless steel and deliver a sharp, clean cutting action. The electrocautery connector is compatible with an Olympus type connector and most other standard active cords. For cleaning through the port, use a syringe or cleaning pump for maximum efficiency.
