Helicobacter pylori infection is the major cause of Gastritis and Duodenal Ulcers in most patients. The C13 is the most sensitive and specific non invasive approach to diagnose Helicobacter pylori. C13 urea is naturally occurring non radioactive, therefore C13 is non toxic. Due to the simplicity it can be routinely performed in the physician’s office.
